MakeItGueznet.
MakeItGueznet is a private game for playing with the group’s own files. Account for the library, room code, lobby drops, a different image per player, text overlay (including on GIFs), anonymous voting, then author reveal.

Product design, Next.js frontend, Convex backend (auth, storage, realtime) and Polaroid visual direction.
Approach
A web party game: rooms, a personal image and GIF library, captions, anonymous five-star ratings.

Paid meme-kit games block uploads of the group’s photos and GIFs. We wanted a full round on phone and laptop, using only our files.
Solution
One loop: personal library, short room code, shared pool, Polaroid caption, 1–5 ratings without seeing the author, scores, next round.
Results
- A playable production product at https://makeitgueznet.vercel.app.
- Convex realtime for rooms, rounds and votes.
- An original Polaroid identity, with no third-party brand copy.
